Asian Network Pacific Home Care, one of the Top 500 Home Health Agencies in the United States (Home Health Elite 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012), Best of the Bay Home Care KRON TV, and Asian Network Hospice is offering part-time and full-time registered nurse case manager positions. We are seeking RNs with a minimum of 1-2 years acute care experience with a BS in Nursing or higher, strong clinical skills and a commitment to quality care to make home visits.
Current openings are available in San Francisco and Alameda, Santa Clara and Contra Costa Counties. You must possess excellent communication skills and clinical skills, being bilingual in Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Tagalog is a plus but not a requirement.
